Is this a full keyboard tester?+

It lights up standard letter, number, modifier and navigation keys from browser KeyboardEvent.code values. It is not a firmware NKRO proof and cannot remap keys.

What is ghosting?+

Ghosting is when extra keys appear pressed, or expected keys do not register, because the keyboard matrix cannot report that combination. Hold several keys and watch which cells stay dark.
